FINISHING AND SUBMITTING CHECKLIST
6 months before submission

☐ My student has applied for an extension of program if they cannot submit before the program end date
☐ My student has applied for an extension of scholarship if necessary
☐ My student has given their final PhD thesis seminar presentation (aka 'oral presentation') (*milestone*)

☐ Examination of the thesis has been completed within 3 months. If not, I am checking up on it with the HDR Administrator
If revisions are needed
☐ I have analysed the examiners' reports
☐ I have met with my student to discuss and finalise what revisions need to be made to the thesis
☐ My student has made their revisions and provided them in a revised version of the thesis in Word or PDF, along with an annotated list of revisions performed
☐ I have a) endorsed the revisions, b) attached the revised version of the thesis in Word or PDF, and c) attached the annotated list of revisions performed
